Measure your care performance with Birdie

Understanding the quality of the care you deliver is very important. Not only to make sure that your clients are well cared for but also to showcase the CQC that you are doing a great job when it comes to your inspection.
At Birdie, we want to help you put your best foot forward, which is why we’ve rolled out our new Performance feature so you can see, at a glance, an overview of the care you deliver.
What is Care Performance?
Care Performance allows you to see a full month of information for all the people you care for. You can search by month, or by a particular client for a summary of the care received each day*.
You’ll see an overview of:
The number of visits each client received
The number of tasks that were completed for them that day
The number of medications which were successfully administered
The number of alerts generated
The number of general notes which have been written about them
*You can see a summary from previous visits, starting from the previous day.
Even more insight
If you need more detail about care on specific days, you can take a closer look at things like medication, alerts and tasks for each client. Or you can filter your view to see clients that had an issue with their medication, incomplete tasks or alerts.
