Katie Wordley is Chief Operating Officer of Eleanor Healthcare Group, which supports over 3,000 people with more than 1,500 staff across London, Kent, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, East Sussex, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Bristol and Yorkshire. She joined in 2012 and moved through frontline services, care coordination and procurement before taking the operations role. She sits on the board of the Homecare Association and spoke on supporting the homecare workforce at its annual conference.
