Birdie built it for homecare agencies, so everything on the learning platform is created for domiciliary care, with examples taken from real home visits.
It's broken into short pieces and saves your progress, so you can do 15 minutes now and pick up the rest later. You don't need to use Birdie's software to join and use Birdie Learning.

Is it really free?
Yes. There's no trial, no card and nothing to upgrade to.
Do I need to use Birdie's software?
No. Birdie Learning is separate from our software, and nothing in it assumes which system you use.
Is this the same as Birdie Academy?
No. Birdie Academy teaches agencies that already use Birdie how to get the most from the Birdie software. Birdie Learning is about running a homecare agency, whatever software you use.
How long does it take?
Each course takes about an hour, in four segments of around 15 minutes, and you don't have to do it in one sitting. The mock interview takes 30 minutes. Practice questions and exercises take as long as you want them to.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Each person creates their own free account.
Is it up to date?
Yes. The course is written against CQC's current guidance and shows when it was last updated. We update it when CQC changes its approach.
