Registered Managers networking evening
A room full of people you actually want to meet. This is a curated gathering for registered managers in domiciliary care - people running complex operations, solving real problems, and doing it well.
The format is built around real conversation: a panel of experienced registered managers sharing what's working, breakout discussions, and time to connect over drinks and nibbles.
- Purposeful format - Panel and open networking. Structured enough to spark genuine conversation about the challenges and wins in domiciliary management.
- Curated attendance - 40–50 registered managers from across domiciliary care providers.
- Honest conversations - The candid discussion about running a care service that doesn't always happen at bigger industry events.
- Worth your Wednesday evening - Drinks on us, a brilliant panel, and a room of peers who genuinely understand the role.
Your speakers:
- Jamie Lindon-Lewis, Housing 21 - Director of Extra Care, leading strategic operations across multiple sites. With a background spanning care assistant to quality and commissioning leadership, Jamie brings hands-on insight into scaling excellence across complex domiciliary operations.
- Kam Gill, Walfinch Oxfordshire - Managing Director and 2024 Dementia Care Registered Manager Award winner. Known for building innovative community-led care initiatives like the Thrive Club, Kam has been transforming how domiciliary care supports clients to genuinely thrive.
