Birdie launches the UK’s first network for senior leaders in large-scale homecare agencies

‍The Executive Wing network aims to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing across the homecare sector.

London, UK - 31st January: Birdie, the intelligent platform for homecare, has launched the Executive Wing - the UK’s first networking group for senior leaders in large-scale homecare agencies. By bringing homecare leaders together, the Executive Wing will increase knowledge sharing and collaboration throughout the sector - ultimately helping agencies grow and adapt to change.

In joining the Executive Wing, members will have free access to exclusive roundtable events every quarter. Each event will focus on an industry-specific topic or challenge, and discussions will be led by an expert speaker, to foster conversations that spark ideas and solve challenges unique to large-scale homecare organisations.

The Executive Wing has been formed in response to Birdie’s experience supplying technology to the UK’s biggest names in homecare. Meeting the complex needs of these large organisations has highlighted the lack of opportunity for homecare leaders to discuss challenges and support each other in navigating them.

Membership to the Executive Wing is free and open to all leaders at director level or above in homecare organisations supplying services to 300 or more care recipients. Members also receive exclusive merchandise and the opportunity to join online discussion groups.

The first Executive Wing event takes place on February 21st at the London Charterhouse, an almshouse and a heritage site, and will be led by a speaker from The Health Foundation.
