Why are we doing this?
At the moment, we're best known for the fantastic home care software we provide, and it's true. But we're actually a whole lot more. We believe in building a better system for care at home, and that starts from the inside, with you, our home care agencies. So, we want to hear your opinions and suggestions.
2020 was a challenging year for everyone, and we’re doing everything we can to make sure that 2021 is better - even if we’ll be facing many of the same challenges.
We’ve watched our partners adapt to the crisis, with more than 50% telling us they use mobile software to help them deliver care and a massive 93% are using a dedicated rostering system to help them with shifts and pay. Our partners told us that using technology allowed them to work remotely, and despite the challenges, still managed to save 10 hours a week that they’d usually spend on paperwork.
We want to help everyone realise these benefits. We believe that the future home care agency will be tech-enabled, outcomes-focused, and lead local authorities to make decisions. But, to help us to have these conversations and elevate the profile of tech-enabled models of care, we need your help.
This survey is just one of several initiatives we’re taking to help shape the future of care. We’ll be publishing the findings of the study in a detailed report, later this year. We aim to elevate the benefits of technology and highlight new ways of working, so we can change the industry for the better.
