Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility: The Birdie Referral Programme ("Programme") is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Birdie and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.2. Referral Rewards: For each eligible referral that completes a Birdie product demonstration within 1 month of the referral date, the referrer will receive a £250 Amazon voucher.

1.3. Definition of Eligible Referral: An eligible referral is defined as a home care agency that is not currently a Birdie customer, has not been referred to Birdie previously, and agrees to complete a product demonstration within one month of the referral date. To qualify, the referred agency must have at least 15 care recipients, deliver domiciliary care, be UK-based, and complete a demonstration within one month of the referral. The referred individual must hold a decision-maker or economic buyer role in the referred agency.

1.4. Submitting Referrals: Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form provided by Birdie. Incomplete or inaccurately completed forms will not be accepted.

1.5. Referral Codes: Upon submitting a referral, the referrer will receive a unique referral code via email. This code must be shared with the referred agency and used by them when signing up for a demonstration.

1.6. Reward Distribution: Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the referred agency completes a product demonstration. The referrer will receive an email with the Amazon voucher code.

1.7. Discount for Referred Agency: The referred agency will receive a 50% discount on their first month's fee with Birdie, up to the price for 15,000 hours or 300 care recipients of their chosen subscription plan, depending on the billing metric of the chosen plan.

1.8. Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. However, rewards will only be distributed for eligible referrals as defined in these terms. Birdie holds discretion to determine “what counts” as an eligible referral.

1.9. Programme Modification and Termination: Birdie reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without notice.

1.10. Liability: Birdie is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants or for any technical failures that may impede a participant's ability to participate in the Programme.

1.11. Discretionary Rights: Birdie holds the discretionary right to withhold or withdraw referral rewards if it suspects any fraudulent, abusive, or bad faith actions related to the Programme. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to refer oneself, referring non-existent entities, or manipulating the Programme in any way that violates its intended purpose. Birdie's decision in such matters will be final and binding. Birdie also reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity involved in fraudulent activities related to the Programme.

1.12. Data Protection: By participating in the Programme, participants agree to Birdie's collection and use of their personal data in accordance with Birdie's Privacy Policy.

1.13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
